Education Verfication for Alumni

If you are inquiring about an Education Verification for a former student, please follow the instructions below:

There are 3 ways to request information.  NO INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE.  We require written authorization from the former student to release records.  Electronic signature is accepted.

1. Email to the Registrar, bfisher@tuttleschools.org
2. Fax to Registrar, 405-381-4637
3. Request Education Verification via Parchmment.  (NOTE:  This method will cost $15.00)

Information required:

1. Student’s name at the time of attendance
2. DOB
3. Estimate dates of attendance
4. Approximate graduation year
